We will have practices between Dec. 9th and Jan 23.  Please be prepared for the following dates:

Dec 9*, 10, 11* ,12 ,13, 16*, 17

Jan 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15 (TBD), 21, 22, and 23

All girls wishing to participate are REQUIRED to have a physical on file with us. Players need to bring a ladies stick, goggles, cleats, colored mouthpiece and appropriate clothing for the weather.

As of now, practices will be on the ATC field from 4:30p - 6:00p  (* indicates dates when practice will start at 4:45).  MS girls will take a bus from their schools to the NGC.  The girls can change in the locker rooms at the NGC and then walk to the ATC field together.  To pick up your player, you can access the ATC field from Paul Ford Rd.

July 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25

All practices will be held at the NGC field from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm.  All players are required to have a physical on file for the 2019-2020 school year prior to participating in these practices.  The physical you had for the 2019 season is no longer valid.  

What to bring: Stick, Goggles, Mouthpiece, Cleats, dress for the weather, water.  We will provide reversibles.

Who can attend: All rising 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade players (new and past).
